At Panthers Powerlifting we understand that movement is medicine. Our Exercise Physiology services serves two purposes:
- Help those with chronic health conditions start strength training safely.
- Optimise your lifting technique, through mobility and strength assessments to manage niggles and achieve peak performance.
What is an Exercise Physiologist?
An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university-qualified allied health professional with 4 years of education and over 500 hours of practical training.

Bec has experience working with a wide range of people. From people to maintain their independence as they age to competitive lifters looking to dial in their performance.
