At Panthers Powerlifting, we believe that strength is a lifelong pursuit. Whether you are a young athlete building a foundation for a sporting career or a Masters lifter (40+) looking to maintain your competitive edge, your training requires a specialized approach. Youth Development
For our younger athletes, the goal isn’t just to see how much they can lift today, but how well they can move for the next twenty years. Our youth program focuses on:
- Motor Control & Coordination: Developing the “neural blueprint” for complex movements like the squat, bench, and deadlift.
- Safe Progression: We utilize age-appropriate loading protocols that respect growing joints and developing nervous systems.

Masters Athletes
Training in your 40s, 50s, and beyond requires a different approach. Our coaches design programs suited to busy rofessionals and parents who have big goals but also real-world stressors:
- Adapting to a Busy Schedule: Modifying your program to work with your life
- Sustainable Intensity: Learning when to push for a PR and when to prioritize “movement quality” to ensure you never miss a week of training.
